Showed up last Friday night at my mother's house (from FL) to find her 45 year-old AC was not working. Found Dan on the internet, called and he answered, said he'd be out soon. He came within an hour, diagnosed the problem (leak somewhere, no surprise from an old system). Paid him in full on Saturday as I was leaving town Monday. Here it is Thursday, and he just texted that the work was complete. Couldn't have been more professional.

Owens Heating & cooling did exactly as they said they would! Dan even came over to diagnose a different issue when I called in order for us to have a/c on one of our hottest days!!
